I just posted the 480i, under my Mid Tier Testing. It did Well with the others I tested.

Had the 480i. Was getting an insane amount of false alerts. Switched to the new Escort Max 3. A lot less false alerts and just seems a lot better.

The 480i 's IVT is a joke, and for the release date they had on it, hasn't been updated. It is either alerting to K or Ka band on Honda/Chryslers and even road side traffic monitors. Can't even turn on or off filtering, only change the "Sensitivity" mode.

Bad Cedar/Cobra did poor on this unit.

Mine was terrible actually. Was getting falses constantly. Like every couple of minutes. Everything would set mine off (businesses, pretty much all makes and models of cars with BSM), etc. Shame as the detector looked promising on paper, but performed terribly in the real world. I promptly returned mine.
