We want to go escort Zw5 on this car and trying to look at options. What do you think?

I searched but coudnt find any info on mounting heads vertically.

Unfortunately altering the car isn't an option.
You're going to have to fabricate a bracket for the front license plate then.

I tested ZW5s on a Mustang and they were 25" apart. JTG on everything but DE.

I tested a pair of ZW5'S vertically on @6thgear BMW. They did fine against Prolite, TSS, stalker XLR on normal flat surface testing (didn't try overpass). Didn't have a DETC on hand at the time, though I might expect them to not fair as well with DETC. But for everything else they did ok vertically.

Yes, I was shocked they performed so well in the vertical orientation on the kidney grills.
I no longer have them installed on the BMW, because I wanted to run a different brand RD.

The ZW5s are now on the family SUV.

did one of these years ago ,the 4th slot from the headlight on the grill vertically will be jtg on most units
