Is this when you are connected to an app? I found that the CD will only control the display when appless. When connected to V1 driver i had to shut the display in the app.
@nickc30 , Yes, only 1 BT connection to the V1G2 at a time, but I am running the V1G2 BT connecting to the CD, and the app (V1Driver or JBV1) connecting to a V1LE that I had used with my V1G1.

@SquirrelMaster Do you know if there are commands to power off the board?
Maybe something you could program in?
For grins I printed out a case that also holds a 1000ma battery, found one with the right connector on Amazon. Not sure how long it will keep the unit powered.
I ended up buying a pack of 4, happy to ship a couple to you for testing.

If not I might try to mod a case with a switch.

thanks

I can’t wait an for auto power off feature so we can use the battery case. Will be so much easier than hard wiring or running cable to cig lighter in my particular application.

Been working on this when i can find some free time.
I'll add auto-off for ever unit if not connected to a v1 for more than some time but those that are on battery power will get a charge level indicator as well.
Won't appear to people not using a battery/plugged in.

As of right now, if the display were alerting to a bogey continuously, wifi was enabled with a device connected, and brightness was at maximum, the 1,000mAh battery would last about 6.5 hours.
I think i can get that number higher with a bit more tweaking.

As far as all-threat mode is going, im working on that very slowly as well. It'll show a maximum of 4 alerts in landscape mode. Maybe 6 in portrait.
So far the landscape layout mode looks like this (it adapts to the number of bogeys):

What are the specs on the battery you are testing? Have you tried to see if charging would work, and how long it would take?

Im using a 400mah battery on mine. Haven't timed hoe long it lasts.

Yes charging works. No battery level indicator while charging but it does charge. Charging rate set to 500mAh.
