Detroit Free Press:
Michigan State Police said it will aggressively enforce traffic laws on drivers in metro Detroit today as part of a joint traffic initiative.
In collaboration with the Oakland County Sheriff's Office and the Macomb County Sheriff's Office, MSP will conduct a crackdown to target distracted driving, reckless and careless driving, seat- belts and excessive speed.
In Oakland and Macomb counties, there will be increased police presence along M-59 and M-53 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 8 p.m. to midnight.
In Wayne County, MSP will crack down on M-10, the Lodge Freeway, between 8 Mile Road and Jefferson Avenue from 8 pm. to midnight.
They'll also be on the lookout for those driving under the minimum speed limit and committing violations of the left lane law.

Im glad they've announced where they are going to be.

but more improtantly "They'll also be on the lookout for those driving under the minimum speed limit and committing violations of the left lane law."

Lets see if they really do or not, since its not a revenue maker.

"...committing violations of the left lane law."

The LEO's should wise up to this untapped source of funds. Personally, i'd like to see public caning for left lane campers.
