Even though our A-15 system with only regular heads works fine for VPR (Various Pulse Rate) guns, VPR heads can produce higher density pulses to further en-hance the performance, using our new HP dual diode platform.

This system was in development for over a year, and we are finally at the finish line. The VPR head pairs with our new, more powerful VPR CPU,but allows you to use your current heads with 2 VPR ports for front and rear. The VPR head is the same dimensions as our regular heads, and can be installed, replacing the 3rd head. We have no GPS speed restrictions, and the VPR head will possibly fire against legacy guns if its needed after our testing. The VPR head will need its own short or long single cable, it can not work on a splitter cable at all. There has been some changes on the cpu ports described below. We have not thoroughly tested dual VPR heads in the front, we do not advise it. We encourage testing on it.

VPR ports : For front and rear VPR heads.
TP3: Front heads Only
TP1- Rear heads
TP2- Rear heads

With the flip of the dip switches, all heads can go to the Front.

*One important thing to know*

Once a user has VPR in the front, the rear will have no protection against DE, if you only have regular heads on the rear. With all regular heads, it still has some protection. With a VPR head, the algo shifts to a different algo. If you want rear protection, you must have another VPR on the rear.
For existing quad owners what is the cost of two vpr heads and a cpu?

Is an upgrade path publishable or does it need to be PMs only?
Thanks for the work!

Are you able to elaborate on this here?

Also, are there restrictions or requirements on VPR head placement in comparison to G1/G2 heads?

I can't wait for more testing results to be posted from others =)
I'm not in DE country, and I haven't seen any reason to upgrade yet, but I like seeing TMG moving forward.

Obviously when the CPU sees a VPR Head it has to use a different Algo because of the simple fact that there is a VPR head or there would be no reason to add the VPR Head.

Yes there are specific needs for head placement. VPR head should be centered between the G1/G2 heads and either higher or lower in line by 2 to 3 inches (I recommend higher unless your G1/G2 heads are really high).

Any specific guidelines in regards to minimum distances between the VPR head and regular heads? Also, any potential issues if the VPR head is further out than the other ones? - for example: the 2 regular heads are a bit receded, mounted onto the grille area, and the VPR head is above LP on the bumper, which is outward from the grille...

Since the VPR head is (apparently) RX/TX like the other heads, for those of us stuck with a front license plate, would it make sense to place that head centered and "just above" the plate, and push the regular heads out a little towards the headlights - on a SUV or wide vehicle?

The VPR head has no Rx
