Thankfully on my Android device I can spoof my GPS location to wherever I want. Once it's charged up, I'll spoof my location to the west of Baltimore and post what I find. I've never been to Baltimore so I can't answer your other questions.Ouch! Unbelievable! Are the Speed Camera icons around Baltimore "fixed position" Speed Cameras? I would guess so, but just want to make sure.
Do you happen to know if they are K-band, or possibly Poliscan?
Is there any way you could slew the area within your screen to show possible Speed Cameras due West of Baltimore, on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, in particular towns like Rock Hall, MD, and Chestertown, MD., and post them? I know I pass a fixed position Speed Camera on Route 291 as I enter Chestertown, MD from the South. I have seen it flash as it takes pictures of cars traveling more than the PSL of 30 mph. Thanks!
Here's what you're looking for. I only see two speed cameras to the South of Chestertown in Centreville.Hi @Bulletbling
When I just read your reply post, I realized I xxxxed-up the direction I requested from Baltimore. I meant to request to the EAST of Baltimore, across the Chesapeake Bay. That is where Rock Hall and Chestertown are located. If you can do it...great! If not, don't be concerned about it. Sorry that I got my East and West mixed up!
Sure thing!Hi again @Bulletbling
Thanks for your time and effort to get the map on your phone and upload it to your post. I really appreciate it!
I am surprised that a known Speed Camera is not in the Escort database. There is a Speed Camera on Route 291
approximately 1/2 mile before Route 291 intersects Route 213, directly above the second T in Chestertown. They seem to be really strict about the 30 mph speed limit, as I have often observed the flash of the Speed Camera taking a picture of a car that does not appear to be going that fast.
I have the location marked in my Beltronics STiR Plus, and when I approach the Speed (Radar) Camera, my STiR Plus issues a warning "Speed Trap Ahead". I can'y recall if the location was in the database of my STiR Plus, or if I manually entered the location as a Speed Trap. I'll see if I can contact Escort (Beltronics) and provide the Speed Camera location to them, for inclusion in future Defender Database updates.
As for the two locations South of Centreville, I'll be alert for them, as I sometimes travel on Route 213 and Route 304.
Thanks again for your help, I really appreciate it!.
Sadly this is a list of potential camera locations, only a small number of which may actually have cameras on any given day. Then the shell game continues. To me, it's like the little boy who cried wolf. Lots of false alarms.Maryland camera locations are generally posted online so you know where they are.

Just three days ago, as I was about to pass by this very camera, my ALP caught the LIDAR reflecting off of the rear of a vehicle ahead of me. Sneaky devils!Watch out for porta potties now!
Speed camera hidden behind Porta Potty on I-270 will start issuing citations
