I have some information to provide to update a couple smaller cities in SouthEast Texas (near Houston) for the RDFGS and was wondering who I submit that to??

I can't seem to find the running thread either until 2.0 is up. I had an encounter in a local town where they have always run K, now switch to Ka. I did a search, but no luck, anyone have the link bookmarked?
