Spotted a local Riverside city city moto running 35.485 in downtown.

Also.. he was just cruising at stop lights looking into cars stopped at the light.. prolly looking for cell phone usage or who knows what.

Ive seen the same frequency, posted about it in the other forum. He does alot of work around the central plaza. Ive seen him work that school zone a couple times
