Hey guys, I took the time to copy the RDFGS into an excel file so you'd at least be able to reference it until the RDFGS comes back up. There's a tab for each state, and you might have to scroll through the tabs to find what you're looking for, but it's all there. Enjoy!

How'd you get the info to put into the Excel? I presume you downloaded all the RDFGS pages before it went down? Or do you have some secret back entrance? Or you PMed xydrine for a dump of the database?

I just asked because I was going to suggest to xydrine to dump the RDFGS data into a sticky post so we would have something to reference until it's fixed.

Thanks for putting this together! Hope it was something you could just dump into Excel and then format.

Wow, nicely done. Thank you! The spreadsheet works great on a Mac with Numbers too.

I had found a couple ways that I could still access the data. One was that I could open the raw data file (apparently txt files on the server) and then render it with a browser, but I also realized that the edit page still worked. I'd been PMing a state at a time to members when they asked, but I decided to do the whole thing for everyone.

I had to create and name all 51 tabs, and then manually copy and paste the data in, and then I put together an excel macro to do all the formatting. Probably took me about an hour and a half or so for everything.

Thanks for creating this!

I'm not sure if adding info to the RDFGS is open to the public but if it is:

The Clermont, FL police department has some new toys. Several unmarked and civilian colored Chargers, Explorers, and a motorcycle unit. I believe I've spotted some LIDAR too.

LCSO will roll with K Band on but you really need to watch for FHP. It seems that LCSO and Clermont PD look more for dangerous drivers than just speeders.

Could you post a definition for the columns? I'm unfamiliar with what I/I and QT are in regards to the spreadsheet columns. I didn't discover the RDFGS until after it'd been taken down, so I never actually saw it. I only have the spreadsheet to go by. Thank you.

What does Traffic Sensor Rejection mean? i.e. TSR is marked for Castle Rock, CO, where I live, so does that mean they use traffic sensors on the K-band?

Yep, that's exactly what that means. So you'll need to run with TSR enabled to avoid the false alerts.

I'm wondering why this hasn't been made a sticky, at least until it's back up in whatever iteration that will be.

I don't know, but I thought xydrine was going to redirect RDFGS to this thread or something along those lines.
