Hey there,

I was looking for release info on the Radenso HD+ for integration with my ALP. I decided to go to the german website and was poking around and found this.

Genevo FF

The ultimate parking system with integrated laser defense .

It looks like its been out since late 2014 for the european market. Since I have an ALP, I am not looking to change to another system any time soon.... just curious. Has anyone played with this system?

I haven't tried ONE , but it'll work on my Yugo!!!

F and R plates with 2 senors each is about $1,100 US according to the website. I though Genevo was Genovo?? Same company??

This system does not include the new HD+ antenna and the Laserjammer of this system is not nearly as good as the ALP.
Wait for the new HD+ antenna, which is going to be tested shortly and hopefully produces good results and combine it with the ALP Laserjammer

A new HD+ antenna? You mean there is a new antenna coming out in addition to the one that is currently for sale?

Check the date of Hugel's post there, chief.

I swear the antenna was already out in March that is why I was confused about the "new antenna" mention.

Is it super mega stealth or don't they show the sensors on the pics?

They are there.... Zoom in. Lowest slat still next to the plate on both sides... Same level as the bottom of the plate. Driver's side sensor is more obvious.

Do you mock a Yugo!!!

A 1981 Golf 1 can take on and win against a Porche 911 any day!

I owned a Yugo at one point in my life, I dare say probably the best car I owned in terms of value and reliability, it did what I needed it to do. Mine was five-speed stick that went through two Michigan winters like a champ. If I went off the road because of ice or snow, I could pick up the back end and bounce it right back onto the pavement.

So why do you own a Yugo?

"Well let me tell you...first it's portable! You can't say that about a Jeep. Second, it's named after a country that no longer exists so it's a rolling piece of cold war history"

Oh, they're pretty visible.

I was hoping they were somehow hidden in the GEN-OOO frame plate:

Well, it looks like the plate holder can hide the laser sensors and diffusers:

So I don't know, I'd love to read feedback from you guys.

Could it be that Genevo bought from ALP the license for old G9 product, and then designed new enclosures?
This would have been a good deal for both ALP and Genevo, plus would explain why the Genevo FF performs worse than ALP.
Maybe I'm too much into a conspiracy theory

Have you read about the Genevo FF performances and interface?

I haven't find any info on the interface.
Regarding Genevo FF performances, it was just a few days ago when I read on rdforum.org a post stating that FF performance is no match for ALP. It could be for real, or just gossip, I don't know.
