Hey folks! I've been using JBV1 for a long while now but there's still sooo many features that I don't understand. For starters, I'd really like to know what each of these numbers starting at the upper left means. I Googled the acronyms, but I still don't know what AVM, for instance, does.

AVM (not lit) = Auto V1 Mode
APO =Auto Profile Override - profile changes automatically if entering a different location
PSL = Posted Speed Limit is shown
NET = Internet is available
PAWS (not lit) = Proximate Aircraft Warning System is turned on/off
SRO = Same Road Only, it will only alert of crowd sourced alerts if you're on the same road only
GPS = likely means the GPS is active
V1C = Connected to the bluetooth
12.16 = battery voltage
0.1 =
12 =
0.1 =
-69 =

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

The number under SRO (CSA) is the request latency in seconds. Under V1C is the alert data interval in seconds. Under GPS is the reported accuracy in feet or meters. Next to bogey counter is the BLE RSSI (received signal strength indicator, in dBm).

Is there anyway to shut these guys off?

And in laymen's terms, what does the AVM (not lit) = Auto V1 Mode do? I searched to figure out the acronyms. But I'm afraid I don't quite understand what this one does. Thanks!!!

Auto V1 Mode is the feature that changes V1 modes at the PSL of the road you are on or a set MPH value.

For example:
This feature has allowed me to use the quieter Advanced Logic mode when I'm driving below the speed limit.
If I were to creep above the speed limit on accident; it changes to Logic mode.
You can select the modes that it toggles between.

I do not believe there's any way to not show the indicators at the top.
There are options to hide certain buttons and the info at the bottom if you want.
