Max 360c Ka Falsing issues....

My Max 360c has a habit of falsing 34.580 soon after starting up, requiring a reboot to clear the issue.
I have now confirmed that the issue is internal to the detector because:
I get the same issue in 3 different vehicles, 2013 F150, 2003 Honda Pilot, and Yamaha V-Star motorcycle.
Multiple locations around my city, and other cities as well.
I'm afraid I must accept that this is a characteristic of the detector I will be unable to avoid.

Not sure I follow....are you saying rebooting cleared the issue or it continues afterwards?

After the issue once, usually first drive of the day but not always, a simple reboot will clear it and has been okay after that..
A known issue that others have also reported, at the same frequency.

Okay, enough with the whining and moaning, blubbering in my tears, time to put up or shut up.

Here are videos of some drive today.
I first went out this morning with the wife for a mortgage renewal, so R7 was up to bat.
Not a peep, performed excellent as always, heavy Saturday noon traffic to the mall and back.
A relaxing trustworthy companion.
End review of R7.

Then I went out alone to go do truck stuff, and then drive all my previous routes that sent me into whiny B!tch mode in post #15.
Redline: A few BSM falses. No MRCD falses, but I blame that on the available traffic subjects at the time. No police encounters.
Was pleasant to have up, only nagging suspicions of possible Escort shenanigans and K band reactivity kept me from relaxing.
One such shenanigan was the lockout behavior.
See picture for what I describe.

I have one (1) and one only manual lockout in the entire downtown. I drove streets kms away from that lockout location, and still, the area was fully locked out to all K I received.
24.108 low to 24.212 high indicated in gray for door openers.
The RED 0,0 mark is the lockout location. Everything inside the orange dotted lines is locked out for all of K Band.
1.1 km radius. I see similar behavior from the Max 360c, done the same way in the same location.

Now about that Redline K Band delay.
Is it my overactive imagination, or is the Redline 360c slower to react to K while moving??

Here it is quite clear to me that with exact same settings and vehicle, only minutes apart, that the Redline 360c when moving is indeed slower reacting to K Band radar than when stopped or bench tested.
Average times approximate:
Stopped 2.1 seconds avg.
Moving 3.1 seconds avg.

Test was also done with the Max 360c, would it be a repeat?

Results Max 360c:
Stopped 1.5 seconds avg
Moving 1.2 seconds avg

Now as I stated, other than this test and lockout Bizzaro world, the Redline didn't find any F350 trucks emitting BSM today, but I'm confident I will find more, as the Max 360 found several during its time to shine.
This one happened twice while I was parked eating a salad, both triggered by F350 trucks driving past.

This one was triggered following traffic that had no right to trigger a BSM or MRCD alert.
Several BSM alerts today from the Max 360c, even from Honda sedans in frequencies not normally seen by me. (24.154)

Again, the Ka falsing was painful on the Max 360c. 34.480, 35.480, 35.520.
The proliferation of 35.5 Ka falses is disturbing as it is one of the threats I face here.
This false alert lockup issue occurred 3 times today, all within the first few minutes of booting up.
A quick reboot resets the detector and the issue goes away until the next cycle.

Finally, I will end with a positive encounter, RCMP 34.7 alert, and a display of real life encounter of arrow transitions.
Note I have been trying different colors, to get a better visual of the screen than the red that washes out even on a cloudy day. I like the red and amber choices (spec FR2) as the front arrow in red or amber show up better and give me a better threat alert to my caveman brain than green, and blue seems to be washed out a bit on the arrow. But I like blue display, just the arrow doesn't work for me.

Not until mid-May, when the roads are fairly cleared of winter stones.

Yep, looking into a mirror....
Follow up comments to this previous reporting.

The Redline 360c, and I believe the Max 360c has also done this:
In the few large 1 km + manual lockout zones from my initial lockout that nuked all of downtown door openers in the entire K band, I have now noticed repeated passes that the detector is now giving me the single "lockout beep" and message given during autolocking events.
I have testing to do but could the Escort algorithm be narrowing down the lockout frequency range over time and now dealing individually with the many different frequencies and locations??
Maybe the nuke everything first lockout is slowly being optimized?

I plan on taking a few K band guns to these areas later and testing to see if I can get an alert in an area locked out at significantly different frequency to the guns.
