German RD shop info please

Hi.
Is anyone in Europe familiar with this RD shop? radar-shop.eu It is registered in Heidelberg Germany.
I am concerned, because I have ordered Uniden R7, which was in stock, about a week ago. The seller declared that he will send immediately after purchase.So, made the order last Saturday. My card was charged, without receiving any confirmation on email for the order.....I only have tracking number, according to which it is always in "label created" status.According to UPS it is not given to them yet.
The seller is not clearly answering wether it is send or it is UPS problem??? The seller is not answering my phone calls too ???
I already have some doubts that this maybe some kind of scam???
If anybody has any info or experience with this company, I will be very thankful for this !

Hello ive had a few dealing with that guy and found him very nice and geniune he was very helpful ide say there sum issue on UPS end any time ive rang him he

I rang the number on the site I usually ring around 9 am and I actually remember I rang him one time and was no answer and he rang me back and he send me a few emails to give me the address to send stuff back to him

Hi,

I actually purchased a detector from the exact same website 2 weeks ago.
It was sent on the next day and I received it in about a week or so.
If you used PayPal for the payment, you can open a dispute if you do not receive it, but I think you should wait a bit more (not sure where are you located) (in your PayPal transaction you can see till when you can dispute it, it should be till ~6 months after the payment).
With all the covid stuff now, there might be some delays with the shipping, or the tracking number might be wrong for some reason. Perhaps you can tell the seller that the tracking shows that the detector was nit handed over to the courier?

Let us know how the issue develops.

radar-shop.eu doesn't have good customer communication i recommend you next time to order from radar-detectors.eu.

I order stuff from radar detectors eu I found him quiet rude he cut you off when you are speaking to him and basically didnt want to talk to you he just said email me email me in a tone he was quiet condesening hence why I went to the radar shop I found that guy very friendly and was very helpful and chatty

I am located in Sofia,Bulgaria, EU . Usually no more than 5 working days for standard shipping, from EU. Some more waiting time is not problem for me but, the absence of shipping info and the uncertainty whether the detector was sent or maybe lost, etc...I don't mind if seller say to me , something like, "I didn't ship it yet, next day, or after 3 days I will", but he is not saying and UPS are saying he didn't pass the package to them yet????? Really don't know whom to believe???

I ordered it on 17th evening, then on 19th I've contacted them via the website form, as nobody reached out to me.
A few hours later I received a response that the detector was shipped on 18th and a tracking number was provided. When I checked the tracking number - it was "in transit" or something like that (it was clear that UPS received).
I received the detector on 24th.
BTW - I am also located in Bulgaria, so the shipping time should be roughly the same.

I just spoked with UPS. They were 100% sure, the sender didn't gave them the package yet !!! I have suspicion the seller don't have it in stock and is waiting to come from elsewhere. Nothing wrong with this, but I was not going to get so nervous if only he tells me about that.

I just received email from the sender. They say they still have no answer from UPS and because this is taking too much of their time , to check what is happening with my order, they decided to cancel it. ????? Without talking or asking me. They also actually again didn't answer to my question, on which date exactly they sent it, because this info could help me with UPS. So, my feelings are that UPS are right and they never got it, maybe? The sender assured me , they will refund the money. I hope so, but this is not the question, because I need the detector and this certainly is not the way a German company customer service should work ! You are not allowed to ask any questions, or your order is canceled . This is crazy!!!

Rang today and yesterday and the phone doesnt actually ring bar 1 time it's a mobile number seemly well that what my phone is telling me when I dial that number I've just sent him a text message and email so I give it a day

I personally wouldnt pay the higher price for that RD nor myself bye any thing off that guy its actually hard enought to purchase equipment like that here in euro I use to buy my LJ off a company in Scotland no longer sell anything like that
As for ALP products alp Europe are a joke dont answer the phone or emails EVERY where ALP USA are excellent and super helpful tom is a credit to ALP us

Wow, that whole story is such a nuisance. This is not at all an appropriate way to deal with customers while they are paying for something you are selling on your website. Good to know that RD Shop acts like this, I would stay away. It is completely unacceptable behavior not to advise customers about what is happening with their perfectly paid goods. I had issues with German companies in the past, so this is no guarantee for automatic propriety. @Puikata , why don't you take advantage of Amazon or eBay via their global shipping services? Take a look at that.
