I just checked both my iPhone and my Pixel 4 XL and downloaded the update for both platforms.

The latest is 4.3.1. Just go to playstore and it will show the upgrade.

Sounds like it is a fix to prevent that from happening to anyone again, not just those unlucky few. Probably a confluence of many factors made it crash. Hopefully that is fixed now. Already for the next update!!

Release the App update.....wait a week to make sure all the phones auto-download it, release new firmware to address K-band....at least that is how I wish it would happen

Looks like VR just updated their V1C app to have "Improved error handling for V1Gen2 firmware upgrades"
Maybe getting ready to release the next update?

I believe this fixes any app glitches while updating firmware. Remember the folks that had crashes or errors? I think this fixes those issues.
