Update Antitheft Uniden R3

I have just bought a Uniden R3, I live in NZ and would like to know the process to update the anti theft please. Thanks

Hi,

Welcome to the forum.

So my latest firmware has the antitheft build in. You'll have to send me a PM so I can see what firmware its currently got installed. I'll also need your R3 serial number, but I suggest you only send that to me privately.

I found the info in the stolen detectors thread Basically you need a custom edited firmware from Mithheru.

@Mithheru, could be a market for you to create custom firmware for our USA buddies with antitheft feature.
