I've been lurking for a bit. I'm a long time radar detector user going all the way back to the original Passport. I've had a number of Escort detectors and laser shifters and V1s. My most recent detectors are the Radenso Pro M and the V1G2. I'm trying to use the V1G2 with JBV1. There are so many features on JBV1 that I'm still trying to get some of the settings correct.

Welcome, you have quite the history! If you stick with the defaults(which are fine for most) for a while, it will buy you some time with JBV1. It can be a bit much at the beginning.

Welcome to the forum. It seems you're a seasoned veteran in countermeasures. You own 2 very good detectors. Do you use them for different scenarios?
Look around and get familiar with the forum. Plenty of good reads here. There's also plenty of folks eager to help and answer questions. So, don't be shy.

I have the Radenso in my wife’s car since it is pretty good for BSM filtering, small in size, and relatively in expensive. The V1G2 is in my car. I just completed a 922 mile trip this past weekend and ran the detector with JBV1, Waze, and Highway Patrol. Lots of radar traps. The countermeasures did their job.

@wemct , Welcome to the Forum from Tennessee!! Both the Pro-M and V1G2 are great radar detectors. I have a V1G2, but I use V1 Driver as an I-phone user, but there are plenty of people that use JBV1 that may be able to assist you on the settings.
