You should have opened it then and there if you purchased it in person. I’ve heard too many stories of people replacing electronics with other weighted items and re-shrink wrapping it. Can’t trust idiots nowadays.

Yea the guy told me he was moving out of state within the day and needed money for the trip. I didn’t know a thing about RDs but I picked it up anyways. He told me he tried to return it to best buy but it was past the return date.

Used the extra cash to buy a blend mount and mirror tap. Just installed it today

Hi. I'm in Colorado as well and just purchased a RL360c myself. I did a search for radar bands used by the various states and found a couple of good references like "POLICE ENFORCEMENT TACTICS AND EQUIPMENT BY STATE." From what I found X Band and POP are not used in Colorado.
