Automute K and X + V1 Display Mode AUTO...display and sound for brief moment

I feel like since the last iOS app update the V1 Display Mode set to Auto is letting notifications that should be auto muted, and therefor turning the display off, to appear for a brief moment (half second or so) before shutting off the display. AutoMute After is set to 0 seconds. i'm only muting X and K. Is it just me?

For Automuting the intention is the display should stay on. Automuting isn’t a confirmed false. You’re just telling the RD to mute while you visually continue to monitor it. Where GPS mute your confident enough that it’s correct and don’t want to see every confirmed false chatter. Savvy you don’t want any notification below speed. But AutoMuted threat can be real.

Correct. But by me setting display mode to Auto,, that should eliminate the display if anything is automuted. My main question is why isint Display mode working as it should (or I have the wrong idea of what auto is supposed to do)
