I have a ~2016 era never installed Stinger system with three LFIB-14 fiber laser transmitters, two LRS-14 laser receivers, VIP D-10 control head and HD-12 radar receiver. Is this Stinger system any good/worth installing anymore?

It will work well on KA, the laser element will work well on everything apart from Dragoneye guns, however K band should be turned off or it will drive you mad with BSM falses.
I remember @Vortex posting something recently about his k band falsing issues with the Stinger. You may want to do a quick search in the top right corner and I'm sure you'll find feedback from people that have used it. Stinger was a promising system when they released it in the US but never lived up to expectations. They couldn't seem to fix (or weren't willing to fix) the software bugs. It's similar to the Bel STiR I still have installed on one of my vehicles. Both are solid for Ka band but if you leave K or X band on, the falses will drive you insane and you'll find that you start to ignore it any time it alerts.
The ones I've Tested also got eaten alive by my Stalker XLR Lidar gun !
Correct alignment is key, the LAB-14 systems usually do ok against XLR's.
Just make sure you have 3TX with one placed closed to your front license plate if you run one.
My old LAB tested solid against an XLR.
The 911 Porsche I Tested had 4 f/o on the Front & P/T was a piece-of-cake !
