i thought heads had to be equal distance from the gun but with the TX head I’m not sure that’s an issue.

How far apart are they?

Ok and you see the side view if you see the red tape that's where I could mouth the heads would be ok

That far back from the end, the top sensor if TX may have trouble shooting its cross pattern with bodywork below it.
Perhaps more experienced installers would have recommendations.
Maybe TX bottom and RX top?
RX only shoots out a horizontal pattern.
I'm not sure about how much offset from source is acceptable.

I'm not sure what I'm looking at...I have an ALP dual on my Goldwing, no TX yet because I haven't needed it yet and wasn't available when I did the original installation. If I did it new today I would go 1 RX and 1 TX. Those pictures are not very good for explanation or examples, but I would probably do 1 of each on a bike install....

If you see the red tape just under the brake light one sensor could be mounted there and where the number plate is covered with the rag there an other piece of red tape where I could mouth a second sensor I will try get better pictures tomm of the bike sorry I know there not the best

I think the background items were somewhat confusing. The heads not being on the same distance plane might be an issue. I think I would do the TX closer to the seat and the RX closer to the rear if you went with the tape setup so the receive head would have a clean view. The low fender obstruction to the TX might actually be a benefit for any reflection issues because it would keep it from hitting the ground and it is also blocked and hidden from the RX head.

Testing would definitely be needed to see how it performs in that configuration.
