How can I get a replacement Redline 360c?

I recently received my Redline 360c with the 1.4 firmware, however it is not working properly. I am constantly getting falses on KA.. the ramp up is hit or miss.. The arrows for K band are not working properly.. Every time I call Escort I'm put in a cue and never get to speak to anyone.. I emailed them and received an automated response that basically said it may take days to reach someone.. at this point I want a replacement, but if this phone game continues I want my $$ back

If you are within 30 days of your purchase, you can return the RD for a full refund or replacement. The key to reaching Escort CS is to call immediately at 9am ET, select option 2 and select the callback option when offered. They will call you back and its a reliable way to reach them

I also have Ka falsing with my RL 360c; it started right after I got 1.4 (perhaps a coincidence), so I sent it back for repair late last week.
If you want it repaired, my suggestion is to call them early in the morning:
The first day I called around lunchtime and the automated response system did not even give me a callback option since the wait queue was full.
I called back the next day around 9:38 AM ET (if memory serves me) and I was number 9 in the queue and got through to someone in a little over half an hour who was able to set up my RMA.

In any case, hoping I get a new unit, but let's see. So long as the issue gets resolved, I will be happy...

I finally gave up and sent my RL 360c in for a replacement today, I really hope when I receive the replacement that it is working correctly...kicking myself for getting rid of my R7 ..oh well live and learn

I had to return my 1st unit which was ordered 6/9, received 6/15 and returned 6/28/29. Call them, explain the problem, ask for a return authorization number, inform them either you want a replacement or your refund.
Pretty straightforward/simple.
