Unfortunately some of the new intersection speed cameras in BC are MRCT like this.
I was unsure of the BC one in my link because it's missing that pole on top with the extra gizmos, and has a slightly different look. That picture of mine you just posted???? Yes it’s MRCT.
If your in Edmonton, you can see that one WB 118 ave and Gretzky freeway South.
All of this new speed trap technology is making me depressed. The next thing cops will come up with with be photo enforcement drones.
FWIW its also in Colorado
From what I've gathered, the vans are used primarily in Denver. I'll do some digging and pay closer attention when i drive through. I'll get back to the community when i have some concrete findings.Okay, all caught up with updating the OP! I wasn't expecting so much info to come pouring in, lol
Do you know more about what type of system that is?

We have those in the lower mainland added to red light camera locations so its public where they are. However we are not really sure what they, my R7 with MRCD/CT on, and other local members RD’s nothing alerts to them...Unfortunately some of the new intersection speed cameras in BC are MRCT like this.
I watched them install this last summer in Kelowna while having dinner along HWY 97 Harvey Avenue.
All in the database though.

I may have been mistaken.
Who can ID these new BC speed cams?
New law comes out in Finland in June 2020, it states that tickets from photo-radars can be issued only if driver's face is recognised from image. Wonder if wearing sunglasses would be enough to protect face? Perhaps windshield could be treated with something...www.rdforum.org
