So MRCD/CT gets talked about quite a bit, but there's a bunch of other systems out there like the Gatso, Mesta Fusion, Redflex, and so on. There's laser systems like the Poliscan. There's systems that use cameras only or sensors under the road so your RD won't alert to them at all without a GPS database.
It'd be nice to have a centralized database that explains all the different types of systems, shows photos of what they look like, maps out locations where they're in use, talks about what detectors/settings work best against them, etc. I'm sure @Jon at Radenso could provide a bunch of helpful info thanks to all the RAI development, but this'd be something that'd be awesome to see the community come together to work on.
Here's a list below that's very much a work in progress to get the ball rolling:
Radar-Based:
MultaRadar CD:
Fixed & mobile photo radar
Locations: Alberta, Quebec, NYC, Maryland, & Washington D.C.
Info: Link needed
Fixed box on the side of the road:
Mobile MRCD in a truck:
MultaRadar CT:

Gatso:
Fixed speed cameras
Locations: Maryland, Iowa (RT-2 & RT-3)
Info: MD photos and info, Iowa info
Recommended detectors:
Uniden R3 or R7 with TSF off on FW 1.53 should pick those up. Not great but can.
Pro-M on FW US22 is really good at detecting those.

Mesta Fusion:
Fixed photo radar
Locations: Alberta (Edmonton)
Info: Link needed
Redflex:
Mobile speed cameras (SUV)
Locations: Arizona, Pennsylvania, Alberta (Calgary)
Info: PA info, Arizona example video, Alberta example video
Unknown Ka speed cameras:
Fixed pole-mounted photo radar speedcam
Locations: Maryland (Rockville)
Info: Link needed
Laser Based:
Poliscan:
Fixed (and mobile?) photo laser cameras
Locations: Maryland
Info: Link needed
DragonCam:
Handheld laser camera, a DragonEye with a camera attached
Locations: Edmonton (Alberta)
Info: DragonCam website
Sensors in the road:
These don't use radar or laser for speed measurement so you'll be reliant on a GPS database to alert you to these speed traps.
Xerox Drivesafe:
Fixed speed cameras, transmits K band, but not detectable by Max 360c
Location: Darnestown (Maryland)
Info: Forum discussion, manufacturer info
Redspeed Redcurb:
Locations: Ecuador, England, parts of the US
Info: Link needed
