Interesting. So an LI with smaller heads? I wonder what the VPR gun support is like, as well as plans for North American availability and support.

This is the main issue here since N. America goes along with Greece right now (DE guns all over the place). Support for at least the newer versions of DE guns and continuous updates to keep up with the DE firmware updates.

A very brief 'quick start manual' attached :)

It confirms speedom.eu is the main website

Be interesting to see a US variant and how it does against VPR guns?

Asked by email about dragon guns

Hi,

In the US there are about 20 types of different DragonEyes.
Unfortunately we couldn't test all of them.

Some of them can be jammed easily but there are some types which are totally un-jammable. Not just with LI Speedom, even any other types.

Best regards
Laszlo Bede

Strange answer. If ALP and TMG can jam them, then they are jammable. I don't know if there are any guns that can't be jammed by ALP which set the standard for parking sensors. Any more info about these things?

Yes, strange - sounds like the answer we got from Blinder regarding the HP-905 and not jamming poliscan in Australia "no, the HP-905 doesn't jam poliscan, but neither does anyone else, so no problem"

The reply is from a total stranger who has no clue of how many versions of any gun there is. And I asked him/her about performance in the USA and got THE EXACT ANSWER.
Best Radar Detector determined my ALP sensors were knockoffs but my unit was OFFICIAL. Lost $1,000 on ebay. Seller vanished
PROCEDE WITH CAUTION.

The sensors did JTG everything but only lasted a few months. Opened em up, both burned up to trash.

Yes, croaky like the old LI being shot with TruCam VPR, and giving the CPU a work out :)

Almost sounds like they haven't started developing the DE algo's again from where they left off with the old LI 8.20 firmware.
