After 1 week with the Redline I am moving to your way of thinking very quickly!
My V1Gen2 is not perfect, but it’s pretty close.
It is really a shame because there are aspects that I really like, but for the money, in its current performance level, I can’t justify keeping it.
I wish I could return it at this point but I'm 6 months in with it and it is a great detector I Love it but when I can get better performance from my R7 given the fact the Redline 360c is quite for the most part and performance is not much different than my R7 I just keep faith that Escort will get it right with an update but being able to use JBV1 with my TMG and have it all work as one is what I'm looking forward to at this point

Location
I/O Hell, Aka Eastern N.C.
I have a Bel STi Magnum which is almost identical to the Redline-O and yes they are very snappy against Ka - but I need them arrows man!

Also I think when they fixed the issues with the Redline-O, that was a different time and a different Escort company - one that actually gave a shit about their products and providing good customer support. Don’t think they’re the same company anymore since Escort and Cobra merged into Cedar. JMO.
That's why I own 3 Redline-O's! Until my V1G2, nothing could match my R1/Redline-O "ghetto arrows" in 3 different cars! So I still have arrows, front and rear coverage for miles and crazy good off axis with them as well! As soon as the V1G2's K band I/O gets fixed however it's game over for me! The V1G2 is already perfect for me in my area because I never see K band anymore. I've never seen anything come close to the V1G2's incredible Ka band off axis, it still blows me away all the time!

I'm looking forward to it and hope it lives up to what everyone says on here so I'll let everyone know the only bad part is the MRCD because I travel to NYC maybe once a week or 3 times a month and them speed cameras go up like crazy waze or even JBV1 can't keep up with them NYC is bleeding who ever is left dry with those dam red-light and speed cameras so the Redline 360c is great for that purpose and I have the M1 camera so it's extremely convenient to just pop it off the windshield and into the book bookbag and on to my truck which I keep one of my R3s in as a just incase

Will they be addressing the MRCD performance for the Max 360c as well??? I had to turn my MRCD off as it was constantly going off and we have 0 MRCD in our area....
