Spotted in the median on i40, west of exit 47, parked like he was shooting laser, it was silver so I'm thinking it was DPS, had the cheesy plastic wheel covers. The r7 did not go off at all, but it's blind as a horses ass under a blanket to laser. I need some jammers.

It's super strange that their budget allows them to keep getting cost of living raises every single year and yet they seem to be losing funds and unable to afford putting proper identification lettering and logos on their vehicles.

"...the Department of Public Safety informed him it has only 18 currently unmarked vehicles out of its fleet of about 600 cars in traffic enforcement.

Unmarked Chevy Tahoe (dark blue, possibly black...) seen just yesterday along I-10.

I think the 'ghost' markings are actually considered a marked vehicle here in AZ. So, a number that low (18...) isn't out of the realm of possibility.
