I went over there for the first time in perhaps 6 months and wow, that place is a ghost town. The last post about the Redline EX was on March 6, 2020. Covid is battering business of all shapes, sizes and industries but yowsa.....

We've got the R7, V1G2 and Theia is on the horizon. Escort needs to get up off its butt and do something substantial....at least for enthusiasts, we've grown tired of them repackaging old detectors, adding a minor new feature and then heralding it as a breakthrough product.

They need to release a completely stealth max360c with reliable mrcd and mrct detection and the laser sensitivity of the Redline EX. I see no need to upgrade from my max II until they do that. In the mean time I will run my Pro M.

Minimally responsive to multiple emails, unresponsive to forum posts. The same was true with Mid-City Engineering as I have their setup with Escort hardware in my vehicle.

My CI 360 performs well overall, though not uniquely so in the current market. I regret the (excessively expensive) setup and would actively avoid them in the future.

Sorry to hear that. Covid-19 has disrupted manufacturing in non-essential businesses, however, customer service reps can work remotely. That they aren't active on their own site speaks volumes..."We've got your money, see ya, wouldn't want to be ya".

Yeah, that's pretty much the vibe. Worst part being that it was an issue long before COVID-19.
