New Genevo Pro II stealth radar detector

From the looks of things, it still has the micro USB port for the display, however my only question would be if the control unit has the ability to change what it was previously displaying to OLED colour?

New Genevo Pro II stealth radar detector

Hi all, On the follow up to the Genevo Pro, which was received very well here in New Zealand and has shown to be a great performer, Genevo have continued to see the gap in the market for RedFlex detection and have followed up from the Genevo Pro with the new Genevo Pro II. In NZ, we will...

I think it's just expected that anyone within Parliament has the mental aptitude to be there, albeit there are subjective opinions of those who do not meet that criteria, we expect all decisions made to be just. I don't like everything changed in the firearms legislation, but I can understand...

Uniden R7 confirmed to K band 23.900 MHz

@8:45 for reference With the Uniden R7 confirmed for being able to stretch to the current range of Redflex mobile and static cameras (The R7 will detect as low as 23.900 MHz), I can now safely say I will be picking one up when I can as I'd love to see how sensitive they will be against the...

Latest Speed Enforcement Equipment used in NZ (30/01/2019)

Police (and residents alike) seem to have a tough time coming to terms with the sheer amount of people that use the 4 aves every weekend. Almost every weekend the Police seem to be trying a new idea to try and curb them, and every weekend they do as they please. I don't mind them finding an...

Latest Speed Enforcement Equipment used in NZ (30/01/2019)

Here in Christchurch, the cops regularly leave their radar guns on, a lot of it is presumably because we have a large radar userbase in regards to boy racers, and those who travel the 4 aves of the CBD on weekends. Almost without fail every Friday morning, there is a cop that parks near a coffee...

To be fair, that's pretty good all up, but without segmenting, your first few weeks of travel are going to be a nightmare with it going off all the time haha One can only hope until we get our grubb- clean hands on them!

I've always been under the same impression as Jeremy Clarkson, accidents aren't caused by speed, they're caused by rapidly coming to a stop!

Can confirm I've also seen Prolaser III being used in Christchurch, they're a very distinct LIDAR gun and thinking about it now I reaaaaally need to start recording instances of laser going off down here! This may have been me from earlier on in February, good to note I wasn't going crazy! Yet.

New Zealand/South Island Installer of radar

That does seem rather extortionate, and they are almost un-affordable here for the most part. But to be fair it's better I start a conversation and see where it leads, because I'd like to see NZ try to get a bit more availability in comparison to places like the States where almost everything is...
