Would be interesting to know how you got them to give up that info so easily.
Vortex, that's really good to hear. Now, i'll just have to yell at my installer that he was wrong.
Where is the Geo map we use to have? Im looking for info in the Missouri area.
I'm new here. Where is the map or just a text listing of locales, departments and equipment? I've been all this site and have found nothing pertaining to any geographical survey that is usable. This thread has 34 pages of bits and pieces... Show me a map.
If you do have some sort of map, please decrypt any and all references and links to it. So far, I've wasted a lot of time finding pages that are simply dead ends.
Sorry about that. The RDFGS has been down for most of this year, unfortunately. I created an archive of it so we'd at least have something until it comes back up. Here's what you're looking for: https://www.rdforum.org/index.php?threads/59672/
City of Cody, (Park County) Wyoming
K (2 "Your Speed is XXX MPH" trailers - not used for traffic enforcement)
Park County Sheriff, Park County, Wyoming
Wyoming Highway Patrol Units in Park County, Wyoming
What was the process required to gain this information? I'd love to try and confirm or relieve myself about the concern of possible k band units in the new local unmarked units... thank you!

Based on him ignoring my comment, I don't think we're going to get that information. Just the fact that Vortex hasn't told us gives me some ideas though.
I caught a unicorn in the wild today. As you know, Iowa is almost exclusively 33.8. I’ve had one confirmed 34.7 sighting (Story County Sheriff) and one K band sighting (Pella), along with a confirmed laser hit (Des Moines), low power K band photo radar trucks (Des Moines) and Gatso photo radar trucks (Polk County).
I caught a 35.5 signal the other day but couldn’t confirm its source. Today as I was sitting finishing a call a 35.504 signal popped up and a Polk County Sheriff rolled in front of me running his rear antenna. Interesting to see that signal here.

I'm sure Vortex just missed the post. However, this is something well within reasonable disclosure with a simple FOIA request. I'll agree that the detail he got was pretty nice, but all PD's should be compelled to provide this info.
Great news for Polk County, Iowa. No more Gatso RT-2 mobile photo radar.

Can someone please give me a link to a file containing the backup of the RDFGS 1.0 data. I didn't have permission to view the last link that someone posted. Thanks ! Or what's the process that I need to go through to get permission.

I know the RDFGS isn't up and running currently, but I'll add new data to the database via this thread.
Ran across an Arlington Moto Cop running 35.5 in the school zone issue of my school last week. This is the first confirmed case of 35.5 in Arlington that I've ever seen.
I have gotten two confirmed hits on 35.5 since I started running detector in SE Arkansas.
Windsor Heights, Iowa (west suburb of Des Moines, IA) confirmed as using ATS Autopilot fixed speed cameras on University Avenue (marked in Waze and in Uniden's database) and one mobile unit.

Clemson city police, Clemson SC. Sitting at one of their normal spots on hwy 123, finally found them today, running I/O 35.5. Marked blue SUV, Ford edge or explorer I think. This was one of several departments I see on my commute that had no data in the RDFGS 1.0 excel document I downloaded.
Easley city police, Easley, SC. Confirmed 34.7 this morning from a marked dark blue Charger. This was another one with no info in the 1.0 document.
