A mile back I was going around 95mph. PSL is 65mph

Congrats on your first hit, it’s always gratifying. If you’re not happy with your JTK ability then try this practice exercise: Decide to treat the next K band false you get as a laser alert, then when you get it drop anchor to PSL and push the jammer button as fast as you can.

If you want some practice on JTK here are some MP3 practice audio files. They have a long silence followed by the ALP alert. Find an empty stretch of road and practice some anchor drops :)

There is a reason for 4 second autoJTK, and since you are using it, you have nothing to worry about. You did just fine, you slowed down to PSL within the 4 second window, nice save.

I like this idea! Will definitely try it out.

Thanks! Will check it out

Yeah your right. I almost set it to higher but glad I didn’t. Will keep it at 4 as that’s plenty of time. I guess I envisioned myself being faster my first time but practice makes perfect.

Glad to see the cherry has popped. Give it time and you will be like the rest of us who go out of our way to get shot. I did it today for about a half hour.

Wish I could even find a lidar trap to crash.

Yeah I’m “blessed” with a daily lidar trap zone not even 5 miles away. They rotate three different agencies daily. I’ve always wondered how they figure out who gets the prime real estate on a daily basis.

They get there early in the morning, then take out their lidar guns and race to see who can issue a ticket first. The winner gets the spot for the day.

Haha I actually have done this 3 different times before this encounter. All of them were OSP. And to my luck they just stared at me. All in Lidar position. I see people pulled over all the time from them but whenever I drive by they just look at me. I even crested a hill at +20 to get the guys attention but no bite. That’s how my name came about. I seem to get very lucky with police.

What car are you driving? Maybe that's the problem.

Need to get a yellow one. Maybe they'll shoot at you then.
Haha don’t want too much attention. Nothing screams “punk who needs a ticket” more than a teenager in bright colored, loud mustang.

In my experience, many Ohio cops will really give you more like +15 PSL on the highway. Not something to count on, but it doesn't completely surprise me that the guy in front of you didn't get the blue lights.

Nothing to be upset about. This is what the 4 second kill is made for.

You were cruising with the traffic, causing no harm to anyone and that cop was looking for someone above the flow of traffic. You've mitigated that risk of being pulled over. Nice save.

What is your setup like? 2+1 in the front or just two? Any in the rear? Did you have it tested after setup? When I see these videos I’m curious what is being used. I have plans for a system in the future as well so I like to keep notes on what’s working.

You've got the same commute as me. 275 is brutal. Seriously. No one believes me that I get hit with lidar about 3x a week on average. Sometimes 2x in a day depending on which way the sun rises. Your investment is wise. You'll sht your mittens once you realize how many saves you actually get on that stretch. Especially at 2am coming home from downtown when it's pitch black out. (Not that I know about that)

Cheers on the save!
