Even though i'm not with RB anymore, i still have customers from times past call my cell, and i still try to help with questions, or direction.

I havent updated my original road scout, and when i tried, I kept getting some fault.

Has anyone updated their road scout, and can give me their opinion on whether the instant on KA issue was resolved?

As it stands right now from previous testing, I still think the pro360 is the better buy minus the dash cam.

My update on my Road Scout went off without a hitch. It went so well I wasn't sure it actually updated. It literally took a few seconds. But, alas, I have no stalker to aim and play with like you guys. I returned mine just because it didn't seem to have the sensitivity I was looking for. Too many "shouldn't it have seen that sooner" moments. And I have and LIKE the DSP9200BT so I'm not being snobby. Swapped it out for a second DP360.

So far the new update fw has not been what I hope for. Pretty much the signal has to be on axis to go off. K band false alerts are good, but at what cost? The usual places my v1 picked up at over 2 dots the road scout is quite. I dont have any legit k and here, so I'll have to get some time to test how it does.
