Well looks like I may have to send my Escort max 360c in for a screen replacement. Seems there are some LED pixels out and some screen bleed. Anyone had something similar? Thanks as always for the help and feedback.

That looks more like screen 'burn-in' if anything. How long have your had your 360c? How many hours a day do you typically run it?

I actually bought it used and just started noticing the issue about a week ago. I only use it to and from work on most days, so 3-4 hours per day.

That looks to be some pretty heavy burn-in. They must have used that unit a lot, and kept it on the highest brightness at all times. Escort can/will replace the screen....for a fee. You can always call them to see if they will cut you a deal/break but don't hold your breath for one. Buying used anything is always risky, especially electronics.

I've read about negative feedback with Escort Customer Service so I just wanted to post a brief update on my experience with sending this max 360c in for the LED burn in. I spoke to someone on the phone first, then I sent in the repair form for the TIER 3 $139.95 repair (mainly for the Escort paid shipping and 1 year warranty). I received my shipping label within 24 hours. Shipped radar in and had it back in a little over a week. So, from my standpoint I'd consider this pretty good customer service.

I had my Escort IX in for a screen replacement under warranty, couple years ago, and I had it back within a week!
Yesterday I called customer service for a bit of help with Escort Live not showing live alerts and they fixed it in no time. In my experience their CR is good nowadays!
