I love the heat map view. I see the option to auto-zoom the map when approaching a police alert. I wonder if in the future there could be an auto-zoom general option, like Maps or Waze? This would be helpful for common hot-spots that don't have an active alert. This would be great for a driver in an uncommon, less frequently traveled road. I notice that some spots on the map aren't "hot" unless you zoom in...and in a new area that information could be helpful, even if there isn't an active alert.

Thanks for considering. This app is awesome and what you've already provided to the community is amazing!

Hm, do you mean auto-zooming when approaching hot area?

What is the heat map? Is that satellite imaging? Or does it have to do with police alerts?

Heat maps are computed based on historical police reports data. They show information normalized to police activity in the current area (the area changes depending on the map zoom level).

In Canada aircraft reports should be fairly accurate though there might be a bit more false positives than in the us.

I just would like to give you my personal thanks for this app. And I'm assuming i should still be using flightradar24 as server?

Correct. However setting up an additional server isn't required - it increases both coverage area and false positives.

If no server is set, data is combined from ADSBx and OpenSky.
