Title pretty much says it. I run tmg's with jbv1 so I'm curious about jbv1 but also if this feature is implemented in other jammers. Is there a way to disable jammers automatically when traveling under the speed limit?

JBV1 will have this option soon.

ALP has the ability to shut off below a certain preset speed but I’m pretty sure it can’t determine the speed limit on a given road.
Yep. Escort has this for low speed muting with their RD's, but you have to be aware of the risks. If the PSL database is wrong or if you're in a school zone or temporary construction zone, your jammers could be deactivated when you're still in ticket territory.

Good point, it carries significant risks.

@johnboy00 could you offer a setting for jammer disabling at a preset speed in addition to a setting for when traveling below the speed limit?
I think many people would prefer this, as it's less dangerous than using speed limit databases.

I don't want to worry about jammers if I'm going under 20. Ever.

JBV1 already has the set speed thing. It's done it for about a year. Mine is set to 15 MPH.

ALP GPS module offers this capability. In fact if you use TX heads then your jammers are required to disable below 18 mph.

Lol, awesome! My bad.
There's so much customizability in the app. It's awesome, but I still don't know about half of the options
