Yes, no problem at all. The NJSP system has good coverage and is really easy to receive in most areas. You could also get away with a much cheaper P25 phase 1 scanner, and most of the talk groups are actually analog.

A P25 phase 2 scanner is necessary for the NJICS system, so something to think about if you want to monitor anything beyond NJSP.

Monkey, thank you so much for the reply. It would be pretty much for NJSP only since I'm always on the 95 between NYC-Philly so I'd like to know where they're with customers, etc.

Are you referring to the BCD325? I would be beyond grateful to try it out if you can get the frequencies plugged in. I can pay for shipping both ways and give you some money as collateral during use.
