Great spot....right before a left lane merge....knowing people will be wanting to push it hard there to get in front of other slower cars before the merge.

Highly doubt it unless he steps out of the car to use the lidar.

I thought the same myself, and he would have to use radar to be any good on picking up speeders in that location.
