CHP Cessna flying over the I-95 in NJ

Saw a little prop flying relatively low parallel to the I-95 as I was driving up to NY a few hours ago. Pulled up flightradar24 and it was a CHP Cessna! Sucker was far away from home

Pulled up the flight log and looks like he did a trip from AVP and back while cruising around for a bit. This plan did not show anything relating to speed enforcement but nevertheless cool to see across the country.
