Unfortunately my dash cam arrived today, so this rare event did not get caught on video. Was rolling onto the highway behind someone who likes to enter at 40mph. When we finally merged I gunned it and got up to 85 and then let off the gas. I drive a mustang gt, so it was pretty loud. About 3 seconds later my R1 goes full red bar on X band 10.509. This happened on I-275 outside of Cincinnati. I never have any noise when driving this highway. The signal was strong and consistently strong for over 1 1/2 miles before it went away when I exited. Never saw a state trooper or any cop but could this potentially be an OSP rolling?

I know OSP does use X-Band, and this sounds like it very well could be a trooper with C/O X-band.

Good to know. I don't use any band disabling with my V1/JBV1 but was thinking about doing it. If I do, I'll have to set up state specific ones (like Ohio = no X-band disabling).

I get X falses in Ohio. But, OSP and some small cities like Lodi on I71 south of Cle still use X. One Walgreens near where I live has X door openers too.
