Had a great time hanging out with everyone today. Those of you that drove a good distance, thank you! Drop us a note here so that we know you made it home OK.

Great group of people and instantly felt at ease.! Can't wait for the next time! We even had an elderly gentlemen stop and ask us for information...not about what we were doing but if the road we were on would get him where he was going.! He was on the right path. Learned a lot today by actually getting hands on time with some guns and looking at lidar setups, even discovered some interestin things about radar using my own guns.. which worked very well! Again, thanks guys! (and Kenny's wife,She is a doll!)

A big shout out to the guys for helpin the gentleman (Sorry i forgot your name man... D?) get his set up correct and working properly. Like i said.. i learned a HELL of a lot...

When i was approaching the area, there was a bend in the road and the DFR7 did a great job picking up the 34.7, before the road straightened uot and went beserk when I was head on with it.. display showed 34.68 and it was absolutely a confirmation I was in the proper place, Well beyond the guns capability to pick up my speed.

Jane and I had a blast meeting up with you guys and with all of our testing! We all hit it off as soon as we met! It's like we've known each other our whole lives! I've had a lot of killer hobbies in my time, from drag racing all of those years, and joining a local circle track and building most of the Ford engines that raced there and winning championships as well! I'm starting to enjoy this hobby of CM's more and more every day especially getting to meet people that are almost as crazy as I am about it! Now that I have a TMG setup, it's like starting all over again! I can't wait to learn everything I can about laser, and to test with you guys again and again and meet more of you along the way! BTW, @VariableWave is every bit as crazy or even worse if that's possible over all of this as I am! That's why we get along so damn good!
Kenny
P.S., In case anyone is wondering, I'm the one in the gray shirt with the blue hat in the pictures above!

Meeting other members IRL is one of the best parts of RDF and this hobby. :)

In fact, I really do think we should have an RDF convention some day in some central US location. Wouldn't that be [email protected]$$!?!?!

Try geographical center of North America, you're forgetting the large number of Canucks on here....

Yeah, wasn't gonna say anything but you ratted yourself out. Too bad I didn't get a picture of when I clocked @Kennyc56 waddling along at 44 mph... or maybe it was the car down at the bridge I caught. Still think it was @Kennyc56 Pictured are @The Pope ,Jane @Kennyc56 and @delthom899
Hahaa.. umm, that was kph right
Too bad it didn't get that additional numbers I did push on that road. Maybe next time setup all units, and see when they start acquiring the speed of the target.
