Blackvue Cloud still not funtioning-Is there a firmware Update I dont know about?

My DR750S-2ch has ver 1.017 which Its had since I purchased it a while back. Since Apple 13 gate my cameras have not functioned via cloud option. It will function using the BlackVue Wi-FI but that's only within 30 feet or so. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong here? Any help is appreciated.

hm the cloud should still work. I haven’t had an issue with that. It’s just the iPhone to Dashcam connection that broke. There’s an update to the BlackVue iOS app available now for iOS 13. I haven’t tested it yet, but you can try updating and see if it helps.

Do you know what version it is? I have version 2.97. When I go to the Apple App store it doesn't show anything newer than what I have.
It may be time to make a CS call to the people at BlackVue.

Yep, same. Just tried it with my 750 and it connected just fine.

Do you have the free cloud service? Mine is now been downsized to that since I never used the paid subscription anyway. Since I've downsized to their free service my cloud service doesn't work. Do I need CS to figure this for me or can you tell me what I need to change? Am I the only one with these questions or are others facing these as well? Thanks.

Yep, free as well. Have you tried the workaround mentioned in the main thread?

Mine stopped connecting via cloud few months ago. All 3 cameras all on one day. I ended up cancelling my subscription.

yup- that worked once and quit- hasn't given me that option again when I've tried. Crap I'm going on a 800 mile round trip starting tomorrow so wont have time to call and try to figure it all out between now and leaving in the am- I guess my son can try-nope he wont do it. Ill just wait till I get home and deal with it then in a week-what's another week going to matter? Maybe it'll be fixed via FW update and I wont have to worry bout it who knows? Seems like all my toys are taking a dump here lately-ugg
