Hi,
Link doesn't work for me.
Do your Radars work for the North American market or strictly Europe ?

View attachment 131649
Hi,
at the moment we are making tests in North America, and we think we will be able to start working here at the end of this year. By the way, if you know some one from western Canada, maybe you could recommend me, we wish to ask to test some of our products.

Living in The Netherlands and we use only Gatso and mrct. So suitable for my country? Can we test it? Thanks.
We had partner in Netherlands, but in your country is forbidden to sell radar-detectors and we didn't test them properly there. Our products works with MRCT, regarding Gatso need to test.

Welcome! Could you tell us a little more about your dashcams and radar detectors and what makes your products unique from the competition? What markets do you serve?
Hello,
hard to tell in couple words, but Neoline makes dash cameras for 12 years and we are one of the leaders in this field in Eastern Europe and Russia. We always trying to produce dash cameras with some unique features, like CPL filter, GPS data base for fixed radars, magnetic holders, AI.
If we talk about radars, we have easy to operate good working hybrid device, and it is our best seller now in the Europe. At the moment we work in Europe and CIS countries, but we have plans to enter North America's market at the end of this year, need to improve some things :) If we talk about difference we have now in Europe, our devices works good in K band (in Russia is about 45 different speed radars in K band) and Ka, M (MRCT, Multanova, Stalker mainly in Europe). At the moment, if our competitors are good in Ka, M, they are not so good in K band, and opposite if in K band works good, poor in Ka.

Which is your flagship (best) detector?
It's hybrid device X-COP 9100s now, but i think in 2020 1Q we will have new hybrid device with Patch technology, it will help us to make hybrid about 3 times smaller, it will be same size as regular dash camera with screen.

Yeah I'd love to take a closer look at it. I remember testing the "American Radar" unit (a rebranded "Street Storm" product designed for Russia) and you could tell it wasn't designed to be used in the US. I'm hopeful that this one actually is. I'm not sure if @Neoline Europe can tell us about Neoline products for the US, but given that it has some BSM filtering which should also apply here and it has a US GPS database, perhaps this could be a viable solution for us as well.

On Neoline's website, you can't order their X-COP 9100s and have it shipped to the US. The Amazon listing is made available by Neoline Europe so perhaps they are looking to get into US distribution. I'd be happy to take a closer look at the detector, as I'm sure many of you guys would be too, but we'd have to make sure that everyone here could buy one if it turns out to be a good unit. :)
Technically you can buy it from our website, but we are still improving for your market. Main issue is false alerts, because in Europe we have a bit different car models then you guys in North America. Quality is important for us, and please wait when we will finish with this issue :)

I saw the note for a patch antenna in a RD. I was searching patents and discovered a newer one just for that: a patch antenna for a windshield mount I believe. Looked interesting and similar to a horn design, sans the horn of course haha.

I believe the patent was from an Asian company as well, but of which I can't remember. Exciting stuff! As I understand it now your current flagship uses the same RF design as the Radenso Pro M? This would explain why it does a decent job with K threats.

If you want I can test here in Holland but also Belgium where they use different frequency then in Holland. Use a Redline original Int now. On my Red only Gatso is on and mrct. Hardly any false alarm. When switching on K band you get crazy. KA4 and ka8 are also on but here in Holland no false alarm.

It's been a bit, has anyone had the chance to test one of these yet? @Neoline Europe any updates on North American availability?
I think they just came by to advertise a bit and left. They posted twice and haven’t been back since. I guess we will see.

Nothing to see. No one will cough $500 just to test them, and they likely will send no units to Vortex for testing

Many of the models have speed sensitive filtering for X and K and manual lockouts, which would violate Escort's patents if they were sold in the USA. Perhaps they will wait until the current lawsuits are settled, and Escort's patent expiry dates are clarified before trying to enter the US market?

New DVR/RD hybrid out ;

Neoline said:
Hybrid with an enlarged horn for detecting modern low-power radars, an enlarged GPS antenna for precise geo-positioning, a display directed to the driver, FULL HD recording resolution and excellent price-quality ratio.

Z-SIGNATURE FILTER
It serves to eliminate false alarms, especially from dead zone sensors of other cars. At the same time, unlike similar technologies from other manufacturers, there is no erroneous blocking of signals from real police radars. Own development of NEOLINE

VIDEO RECORDING
The hybrid writes in Full HD resolution with support for bit rates up to 20 Mbps. In combination with the SONY matrix and a lens with multi-lens optics, high-quality video quality is achieved in any light.
A viewing angle of 130 degrees allows you to cover up to 4 lanes and the curb.

INCREASED HORN
Due to the wide distribution of low-power police radars (Skat, Oskon, Cordon, etc.) in Russia and the CIS, a special enlarged horn is installed in the device to ensure reliable reception of signals against “elusive” police radars.

Particularly effective against such radars is the special Turbo mode. A special speed setting has been created for it - "Auto Turbo", which automatically turns on the "Turbo" mode when the set speed is reached.

ENHANCED GPS ANTENNA
A special GPS antenna is built into the device for the most accurate location in any area. The antenna has an increased size of 25x25 mm, located directly under the top cover of the case, which, along with a powerful GPS module, provides fast and stable connection to satellites.

Interesting.. I wonder what the main differences are between the 9100s and the 9300.

Apart from the DVR capabilities, it looks like enlarged horn, and more capable GPS. I've just updated my 9100s to the latest firmware yesterday, but too early to say if there are any improvements yet.

They are really geared up to detecting low powered K band pulsed radars in RU/CIS.

Almost looks like the patch antenna design of the 9200 has been sidelined, and has gone back to a larger conventional horn for the 9300.

The 9200 doesn't get a very good write up on the russian radar forums ;
