awww ok, sorry i gave my opinion, didnt realize it was only certain people were allowed to share, my bad. sorry to bother you with my opinion, carry on sir. i think maybe you didnt read my whole comments, or, you didnt read the whole comments of the person who i was addressing. or, maybe writing is a horrible way to communicate because neither one of us can see or feel what a persons emotions are. either way, take carepretty dismissive to make a claim that any of us that are not happy are being “paid” to make complaints, although it makes it easier for anyone who disagrees with us since you can just dismiss our complaints without having to address them.
as far as updates, for the R7 they have issued two. The first was just after the R7 was released. The only issue they really addressed was the rear horn sensitivity, which I think we can acknowledge did not fix the issue. Then a couple months later they issued another one. The issues of substance addressed in that one was the volume problem, the arrow problem (which again wasn’t really fixed) and a bug fix with the k block. To me those are not the kind of changes that were being called for nor what I expected of them.
you read this forum pretty thoroughly. I know that because you make a lot of comments in a lot of threads. I’m sure that you have read the many posts that pretty clearly and specifically described poor customer service on the part of Uniden. I think it is very disingenuous for you to question that post about examples of poor customer service.
we all know that the new representative on this forum from Uniden has other duties besides responding to this forum. No one has offered the idea that he or she needs to spend every waking moment on this forum. But.........if you have not noticed his or her absence, especially compared to what we saw from the prior representative, then you aren’t paying attention.
