Extremely poor? Just limited short range. Florida DE testing did good. Majority of systems Sold are on the East coast in Dragon land.
Yeah that's what I've been seeing/hearing on and off this forum, but since I don't want to be mislead I came here to verify this. So apologises if I come off rude, I just wanted to know the truth of the matter. But rear photo lidar especially when passing under a bridge is a night mare.

So essentially I'm weighing the pros and cons and clarifying any questions, if lti performance is fine then I have no issues getting the tmg once the vpr head is out and tested against dragon eye.

which means the tmg is vulnerable with a 2 head setup in the rear, like you said.
Not trying to sway your opinion; as I understand it, the existing TMG CPU will support 8 heads with the split cables.

Rear sucks because there is little placement for heads. Also, four heads in front sets off jam codes on Dragoneye.

Imo, I'd get something now for your most commonly used car and jam until TMG gets the VPR head or you decide you don't like TMG and want to go ALP. Even a front only install would be better than absolutely nothing.

Seeing you see alot of Ultralite, just be careful in known Dragoneye areas like Edmonton until you find a solution you'll be satisfied with.

Yeah the whole reason why I'm waiting is because I wanted to spend money once and not have it wasted persay. I also wanted my cars to have similar setups so I know what to expect in terms of performance and can get used to the system, plus when you're getting shot by laser every second counts for you to react and trying to stumble around with unfamiliar controls is bad.

Yeah I know, but thanks for the heads up!

The issue is on my m2 I don't have much room under the trunk lid/back up camera area for more than two heads, and I can barely even reach the spacing requirements.
