Did not see source. What could this have been?

Probably a false. How strong was the signal?

Are you running custom sweeps?

Interesting. How would you describe the ramp up and duration?

@RRJ and I have both encountered (on different occasions) a particular UHP with one of their two antennas at 34.3xx. Utah Highway Patrol all use Stalker DSR 2X. One of this particular units antennas was the normal ~34.7 while the other was the older more rare 34.3.

Clue's in the name
From what I understand, the old Cobra 10-band models leaked at around 11.35 GHz (produces harmonics at 22.7 GHz and 34.05 GHz).

Oddly enough, I was stuck behind a tour bus this afternoon emitting 34.842 GHz.

Morning commute - as I recall it, ramp up and down were fairly short. I was running with the default sweeps. It was only my second day with the V1, and first day with Junk K filter turned on. Ka guard was off.

MNSP uses Stalkers pretty much exclusively. That’s an interesting possibility. Didn’t know about the old antennas.
