Nope. Doesn't sound like they did anything for the snoozing problem...
What did you expect :)

Thanks for the update. I'll give it a try.

I wish that Escort could reduce the rear laser warning on V1 though :(

There is nothing wrong whatsoever with the longest range radar detector available ever, for all guns, all bands. It never locks up, falls asleep etc. It is divine perfection.

Update is out for the GT-360.

Beltronics GT-360 Firmware Update 1.3

Let's give credit where credit is due. The update was promised across the 360 line in a day or two and that timeline was met. Now the next step is to see if it fixes the issue the rep said would be addressed- including the sleepy detector issue. I've updated mine and hoping to relay good news. But here's to hoping ER has turned the corner with improved customer service, listening to and incorporating end user input, and overall improvement of their product line.

Want to see if the laser falses are fixed. My 360 has been sitting in the closet for months. And Escort never acknowledged the problem until now. After they modified my circuit board to make the unit less sensitive to laser. Didn't work. Awful company.

They all happened near the DFW tollway. Whatever technology they use Escort couldn't deal with it though every other radar detector I tried did.

*get's all excited to finally get a taste of an arrow detector (R7 too pricy and lord knows when Mike V will wake up), just to see this*

Sigh, F'n Escort man. I sincerely hope they just nonchalantly forgot to add the lockup fix in the notes, instead of making it exclusively for the people who splurged a frankly insane amount of money for the 360c

The laser falses 'fix' did not work. I see no change in Escort's crappy annoying laser alert spamming.

Which tollway causes the problem? DNT, 121, something else? All of the above?

Fort Worth tollway, I35W. From downtown northward just beyond 820. The bloody thing goes off randomly up to 4 times along that path.

So I updated my 360c last night to 1.10 and had some errands to run this morning. After driving by known K band falses being verified by my R3, my 360c was silent-excellent so far. So I drove for about 20 minutes to the local post office and still no falses. No laser falses at all. I know its only one day one short hour of testing but it appears the 360c is quiet again. Ill test some more tonight when I drive up to my favorite hot wings sports spot for the game tonight. Im hoping this does the trick. Im one of the lucky ones that doesn't have the lockup issue and its only had a bad cable in the ZR5 hookup installation. So Im a happy road terror at this point. Time to cruise the strip in style again-FAST!!

Have you had any alerts? I'd be worried if the detector was too quiet given the silent lockup issue.

Also, please don't post the same thing in multiple threads: Max 360c "sleeping/silent lock up" video

sorry I dint realize that multiple 2 postings were such a bad way to communicate the latest info.
Yes I had 2 true alerts so far since the update. No Laser but 2 KA alerts.

Way too early to say anything definitive. Updated GT360 last night. This morning it was awfully quiet- moved it to Auto from Highway. Switched back to Highway and tested it with Pocket Radar and it went right off. Never had falling others reported and haven't had a hard lockup since last update. So far so good, but again, way too early.

I don't get over to the west side of DFW very often.

Lots of construction along that area. Any chance the falsing is actually survey equipment?
