The recent RDForum.org acquisition contract between AAKP and XYD was concluded for $20,000 (Agreed upon value of RDF). In addition, the contract requires AAKP to put down an additional $20,000 such that users who are owed by XYD can be reimbursed. This is coming out of our own PERSONAL WALLETS. So Please read the following carefully. Do not file duplicate claims, and do not file for more than what you are owed.

We are covering most, but not all claims. Claims for which you have already received the service or item will not be honored. Every claim will be investigated and those that received a refund will also be denied. The following claims are explicitly accepted. But we understand there may be other claims and those will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • The four people who have provided loans to XYD - You will receive a separate PM from PY004. DO NOT FILE A CLAIM. (Your amount still comes out of the $20,000 fund)
  • GSuite Users - All accounts will be terminated on 9/30/2019. Please see this thread on how to migrate your data. You will receive a prorated refund.
  • Streambox Hosting - All accounts will be terminated on 9/30/2019. You will receive a prorated refund.
  • Group Buys / Youtube, etc. - All accounts will be terminated on 9/30/2019. You will receive a prorated refund.
  • T Shirt Sales
  • Tallyho, tregar, ILS27L, SquirrelMaster
  • 2019 Raffle Prizes that weren't received.
Remember, this is coming out of our PERSONAL WALLETS. So please do NOT file false claims, or double dip if you have already received a refund or some other method of compensation. There is nothing more valuable to me than time and I don't want to waste any of my time investigating a false claim. We will be verifying every claim regardless.

Also, you may only file a claim once so make sure all the information is correct before filing a claim. Once a claim is received it cannot be retracted or modified. Ensure your response contains all your claims in one e-mail. If we receive more than one claim, the first one entered will be considered to be the legitimate one.

I would like to file a claim against this fund
If you wish to claim from this fund, please send an e-mail to [email protected] (it's RDFORUM not RDTALK - we changed it; those who sent it to rdtalk do not need to resend) by 9/15/2019, with the below information. Once we have received all of the claims, we will total them all up. If the total amount is less than $20,000, every approved claim will receive the full amount. If the amount is above $20,000, we will reduce every claim by an equal percentage.
  • Your Name (Real and Forum)
  • Your e-mail address (used for purchase, list all if multiple were used for different purchases)
  • Your Claim (GSuite, T Shirt, etc)
  • State: "I am filing a claim against the fund"
  • Total Amount (itemize if more than one)
  • Any evidence you have of the transaction (Don't send proof that you didn't get refund, or pm messages from XYD promising a refund. We're not doing an investigation so all we want is the original receipt or transaction ID so we can track this down in our records)
Once we know the amount of the claims, everyone who's claim is approved will need to sign a release form. All approved claims will be paid by 9/30/2019.

I would like to forfeit my claim to reduce AAKP's Founders' hit on their wallets

File a claim by sending an e-mail to [email protected] (it's RDFORUM not RDTALK - we changed it; those who sent it to rdtalk do not need to resend) but indicate that you are forgiving the debt from XYD. You will be required to sign a release resolving XYD of all liabilities related to this debt. All unused claim funds will go back to the members of AAKP that put out the fund.

Some of you may wonder how this is different from the option below. This option allows the debt to be legally forgiven against XYD and it will be better for us legally as we are obligated to pay this debt to you. By signing the form, you give away your right to pursue this from XYD, but you also give AAKP less legal liabilities.

Please include the following information in your e-mail.
  • Your Name (Real and Forum)
  • Your e-mail address (used for purchase, list all if multiple were used for different purchases)
  • Your Claim (GSuite, T Shirt, etc)
  • State: "I am forgiving XYD's debt"
  • Total Amount (itemize if more than one)
  • You will be sent a release form. Process is complete once this form is returned.

I would like to forfeit my claim and retain my right to go after XYD
We strongly urge you to participate in this claim. $20,000 of XYD's liabilities were purchased meaning the debt is no longer held by XYD, but by AAKP LLC. Should you pursue the claim against XYD, you will end up spending more on legal fees and in the end, you will have to litigate with AAKP LLC instead and that won't help the community move on from this crisis.

Group Buys / Youtube, etc. - All accounts will be terminated on 9/30/2019.
Just a note that the YouTube TV group buys (or at least the one I was involved in) have already been canceled and the members removed from the “family” group established by Xyd. That’s not to contradict anything you put out there. Just to point out that they’ve already ceased to function well before a 30 September endpoint.

Thanks for the clarification. There are multiple of these group buys out there and some are still active, while others arent.

Thanks for putting this up so quickly. I know of a couple of members who had YouTubeTV service and they confirmed they lost service on Sunday.

One clarifying question...

If the total claims exceed $20k and each person is paid out less than owed, those people are signing a doc stating they will not pursue Xyd first, before knowing if they will be made whole. Isn’t that a problem?

I don’t envision it being a problem, just trying to help cross the t’s and dot the i’s.

This this is how that will work, if claims exceed $20k, everyone will get a prorated offer. If you accept the offer, you sign a release and we move on. If you do not accept the offer, you still have option 3 at that point. Our hope is that everyone will work with us so that by 9/30 all of this is finally behind us.

In the event the original payment method is no longer active, ie paid with debit card, and account has since been closed. Will funds be able to get received in a different manner? And if so how do you want that handled that's easiest on you?
