My experience is central sask/saskatoon/hwy5. These are some general comments for Sask.

Make sure K band is on - When I lived there it was mostly Ka but you might get hit with a K band gun in the middle of nowhere.
MRCD off is fine for sask as the only speed cams are k-band stationary (in stoon at the lights) or vitronic poliscan (the boxes on the ring roads/playground zones)
TSF on/off doesn't seem to affect k band sensitivity much so it's up to you.
Sask is very easy to get ridiculous detections... I got numerous saves with my 9500ix over 5 years. Instant owned one time on hwy 5 going somewhere over the PSL (+20-40) and he let me off with a warning lol
I have seen laser on hwy 5 (close to stoon) before as well as around stoon (overpass with a couple of chase/pull over cars - Mckercher overpass, they also do laser a lot on attridge drive)
I wouldn't expect laser on random single lane highways.
Be vigilant around rosetown/kindersley/hanna/oyen if you travel to calgary as those seem to be hotspots with more hills etc.

hwy11 is crazy around craven time with laser and insane enforcement so if you're travelling it around that weekend have fun haha.

Thanks a ton for the info!

I’ll be on HWY 21, 7, and the 16,
Basically travelling from leader to Saskatoon and north battlefield!

I have travelled 7 a ton, never seen laser on it in my life, a couple of close calls (mostly on the AB side, on hwy 9)
I have been travelling 16 more now that I live in N AB and go to see my parents in stoon... don't usually get much action on the sask side.
Sask is much easier than northern AB haha, really just have to watch out getting I/O'd on occasion.
