Interstate H-3 is probably my favorite freeway, for its views and because it's an engineering marvel, especially the section in the center (0:38 to 4:53 eastbound and 5:52 to 10:07 westbound in the video). The best part is probably the viaduct section just east of the tunnel, headed eastbound (3:13 to 4:53 in the video) which has dramatic views of East O'ahu all the way down to the ocean, and which literally flies over a rainforest and the Haʻikū Stairs. This is thought to be the most expensive Interstate highway, in terms of money spent per unit distance, ever built, at US$80 million per mile, or about US$15000 per foot or US$50000 per meter. I would bet that the center section, which consists of two viaducts and a tunnel (which is where I have the video playing at normal speed), accounted for the vast majority of the cost, and if that section were singled out, costs would be in excess of US$200 million per mile.
