Lidar MD cop using PL3 (1 Viewer)

I was taking my mom to the airport this morning when a MD trooper was using a PL3. The interesting thing about it, i think he was using his side mirror to target cars approaching. Is that even legal to use a side mirror to target cars? Undercover suv at the 15sec mark

Oh yeah, using side mirror is a common tactic used by many cops. And yes, it's legal.

I can't speak to the legality of it but I'm pretty sure the manufacturers do not recommend that or guarantee the results. I'll have to search for where I read that but I did somewhere.

That's where how many inches of coverage does each sensor cover makes all the difference. I know Alp was ranked #1, laser Interceptor had 73 inch coverage which was crazy good back in the day, not sure how many inches TMG covers.
