As of lately my car is beginning to look like a spaceship full of countermeasure toys. I've come to the conclusion that if I get stopped there is no way I could ever pull it all down in time but I'm ok with this because I like my devices and most of the time if I get pulled over I'm getting a ticket anyways... I know tons of people on the forum run scanners, CB's and more countermeasures than I do.
How would you deal with a leo encounter when putting away all the stuff isnt possible?

How about the 1970's solution: hide windshield/dash mounted CMs under baseball caps or empty tissue boxes? ;)

I take the same approach, not hiding anything. The goal is to avoid the roadside disco. When the inevitable happens, I plan on being respectful but quiet and will take my ticket. I'm not consenting to any searches and I'm not admitting guilt. Stage two will happen in a court room where it belongs.

I don't usually hide mine. It is what it is. I had few cops stopping me and they got me using laser. I didn't use laser jammer back then. I got away with warning even though they saw radar on my dash. Everything depends on how you approach the cop. Always be respectful.

It is a concern of mine because these NC State Troopers don't need any more reasons to be a pain in the @ss! All of our cars have a R1 above the rear view mirror that are hardwired and very discreet, except for my daily driver Mustang that sports "ghetto arrows". My Redline in the back is as high up against the headliner as I can get it behind tint. You have to look real hard to see any of them. I have a buddy on the forum however that shall remain nameless, {YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!} that would put the space shuttle to shame! God forbid he gets pulled over and they stick their head inside for a peek! It will be on the news the same day! LMAO!!!

I will say this: daily I drive through a gate at a military base. I pull my visor down which obscures the V1 and phone mounted high. The TMG CPU is mounted on the bottom of the steering column and the dash cam is mounted behind the mirror. The only thing immediately visible is the 436 scanner mounted on the Ram Flex Rod. In as many years as I've been doing this, I had one question about the scanner and no other comments about anything else.
Being polite, making eye contact, and diverting gaze with IDs and documentation should put the LEOs concerns at ease and help minimize the fishing expedition.

Hide well. Also, having your Ham license can be helpful.

It has been a while since I have received a speeding ticket, but in my personal car, I normally mount my radar detector high and semi-discreetly to the right of my rear view mirror. Several other cars that I drive semi regularly, I mount the detectors on the windshield or dash. If I got pulled over for speeding, I would just leave the detectors where they are. I think If I tried to move or hide them, it wouldn’t be beneficial. I am always polite and respectful to LEOs when I am pulled over. Most of the times that I have been pulled over, the LEO had a legit reason to do so. Over the years, sometimes I get lucky and get a warning and sometimes I get a ticket, but I am always cooperative and respectful to the LEO.

I do remember as a teenager, I was pulled over by an older female State Trooper in my home state who had a reputation for being strict and not cutting much slack. I would see her at convenience stores and other places in town, and I would always be polite and say Hi and be respectful to her. Well one day, she pulled me over for speeding with I/O (I think it was 69 in a 55, but it has been so long ago). I had my detector at the time visible on the windshield mount, and I didn’t try to hide it. I just knew I was going to get a ticket, but she just gave a verbal warning. I was surprised that I just got a verbal warning with my radar detector visible. I think if I would have tried to hide my detector, she may have given me a ticket.

Not too concerned about it.
Like the wise man said " Stealth the car not the install"
I prefer to stealth the car and the install ;). A Volvo station wagon with a V1 hardwired and mounted up high, jammer cpu under the driver's kick panel wired to a factory kill switch doesn't get much attention.

Just make sure there's something that looks like marijuana in plain view. They'll immediately forget about all your counter measures and want to search your vehicle. By the time they're done with the stop they'll be so flummoxed that all you actually had was some green tea, they'll completely forget about the speeding ticket.

:p
